Description
Slice of life in the future on a planet called The Internet.
Video games, chocolate and explosions make up this action-packed romance. Five friends hang together while one hacker faces the most dangerous person on the planet.This planet has things similar to our world, but much more advanced. Everything used in daily life is digital in some way even the money, which is measured in bytes since it is data. There are Virtual Reality,VR, games that are so realistic it's hard to differentiate them from reality at times. The buildings flying high above the surface of the planet, which is feral and dangerous. It is quick and easy to get to anywhere on the planet using flying vehicles, these are impressive but more advanced versions ships are required to leave the planet. The biggest threat are criminals that take advantage of everything being digital, these are hackers. Hackers can use programs and software to break the law and commit all sorts of crimes. In this world of the future there is a lot of fun to be had.
Characters
MainAiden R. Terrence: Scientist/ inventor, eccentric, always smiles/ it's kinda creepy when he's not happy, and he has a mental block where he doesn't understand when a girl likes him
Sakyakaikurakarasajitha "Sattie" Ryde: aspiring fashion designer, bossy, complains a lot, violent/ she uses pro wrestler moves, in like with aiden even though she thinks it's hopeless
Pent Jerkman: jerk, lawer, sadist, prankster, troll, likes to watch others fail
Milly Annabelle Fickel: therapist, likes to match make, judgemental, controlling, manipulates people with her cuteness
G.G.: pro-gamer, roleplayer/ stays in character even out of game, has the same weird sense of humor as aiden, likes aiden but won't get serious with him even though he likes her
Recourse "Hacker" Hobart: sixth character, ex-criminal hacker, he has a job but no one's really sure where, he's laid back and go with the flow,
Hack king: Was an the best hacker until Recourse came along, now King wants to get rid of Recourse once and for all.Must list

Alright, so this is obviously a very basic idea for what I'm assuming is an internet series or show you are wanting to make. It goes without saying that nearly everything listed here would have to be looked over and edited to create realistic characters and plot that is more than a jumble of antics. But I'll do my best to give my advice in the areas where I believe it is needed most.
You mentioned that this was suppose to be a goofy, non serious kind of thing, but don't let that deter you from creating a solid plot and characters. Right now all the characters seem very basic. If you're target audience is ten year olds to those in their early teens, then perhaps they could work simply as they are. But if you plan on it going far and appealing to a wider audience then I would suggest fleshing them out more. Make sure to have this all thought out before you begin though instead of filling in the blanks as you go, as that leads to writers block and conflicting personalities and backgrounds in the long run.
