I have no idea what I want to do in my life. But right now I want to make an animated series and go to college. It just makes sense to me.

Well, business administration will be much easier to work with and find a job related to that degree; however, remember you can major in one degree and minor in another. Normally with an associate's degree that make your jump all over the place with REQUIRED classes, this will definitely help you decide on what you want to focus on. A lot of people seem to go back to college and work on a completely different degree simply because they discover how much they dislike the job they have with their current one; my step dad is one of those people.
Art (like your animation) is more of something that is trial and error, which you do more in your spare time and not in a classroom. Considering you use special programming for animations, you might benefit a class or two based on those technologies, which you can easily do no matter what degree you choose.
